**Q: Where are you based?**  

We operate globally with trusted fulfillment centers in Asia and the Middle East. Our designs are inspired by European minimalism.


**Q: How long does shipping take?**  

Orders are processed in 1–2 days. Delivery takes:

- Pakistan: 3–7 business days  

- USA, UK, Australia,Canada,UAE,Saudi Arab, Singapore, : 5–12 business days  (Any problem in shipping can take upto 20days at most ) 

- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days  


Tracking info will be sent once your order is shipped.


**Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?**  

Yes! We have a 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, email us at support@astoxiaofficial.com with your order number and reason.


**Q: Is my payment secure?**  

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. Your card details are never stored.


**Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?**  

Currently, COD is only available in select regions. For all other locations, online payment is required.


**Q: Can I track my order?**  

Yes — tracking information will be sent via email 3–5 days after dispatch.


**Q: I entered the wrong address. What do I do?**  

Contact us immediately at support@astoxiaofficial.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
